The Committee on Judicial Policy recommends that the Parliament should adopt as a basis the draft law on amendments to several legislative acts of Ukraine regarding preventing debtors’ rights violations and introduction of natural person’s bankruptcy procedure

The bill (Reg. No. 1145) suggests to amend the Civil and Civil Procedural Codes of Ukraine, the law “On consumer protection” and “On amendments to the Law of Ukraine “On Restoring a Debtor's Solvency or Recognizing It Bankrupt”.

Following the discussion, the Committee decided to recommend that the Parliament should adopt the bill as a basis, take into account comments and suggestions of the subjects of legislative initiative.
